Returns Agreement

Krono Heat Pumps Limited (KHP), company number 16373394, registered in England and Wales, with its address at 22D Barton Business Park, New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3AA.
1. Overview
This Returns Agreement outlines terms for business customers (e.g., installers, distributors) returning products purchased from KHP in mainland UK. It applies to B2B transactions and does not affect statutory rights or warranties provided by KHP.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for standard stock items, not custom or bespoke items, unless defective and covered by the KHP Warranty Terms and Conditions or applicable manufacturers’ warranties.
3. Return Conditions
Business Customers must:
Submit a return request to info@kronohp.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase and reason for return.
Return Goods unopened, unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all components, within 7 days of KHP’s approval.
Return Goods to 22D Barton Business Park, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3AA.
4. Return Costs and Fees
Business Customers bear all return shipping and handling costs for non-warranty returns.
For returns covered by the KHP Warranty Terms and Conditions, KHP will cover shipping costs and arrange collection.
Non-warranty returns incur a 25% restocking fee (excluding VAT), calculated based on the value of the returned item(s), not the entire order.
KHP does not cover card or bank fees.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted for opened, used, or damaged Goods. Unopened Goods may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt, subject to KHP’s approval and a 25% restocking fee, calculated based on the value of the cancelled item(s).
6. Inspection and Approval
KHP inspects returns within 7 Business Days. Approved returns receive a refund (less restocking fee for non-warranty returns). Rejected returns are returned at the Business Customer’s expense or disposed of if not collected within 14 days.
7. Limitations
KHP is not liable for consequential or indirect losses from returns, cancellations, or Goods failure. The sole remedy is a refund (less restocking fee for non-warranty returns).
