Kronoterm uses its own laboratory to develop and test products under controlled conditions. Its climate chambers allow engineers to examine performance across different temperatures and operating conditions. Alongside production checks, this testing helps the manufacturer assess how its equipment performs before it reaches the building where it will be used.

The Heat Pump KEYMARK register includes models from Kronoterm’s air source, geothermal and domestic hot water ranges. Warranty enquiries for Kronoterm equipment supplied by KronoHP are handled under the relevant KHP Warranty Terms and Conditions. Supporting information may include proof of purchase, product identification and evidence of correct installation and maintenance.
